Amber Sands beach after the morning rains, with the tide out. Strange place, only one obvious tide every 24 hours. One of the "peculiarities" (From an Australian dry perspective.) about Koh Chang was the endless series of small streams, barely rivulets really, that flow down from the central hills to the shore, and seeing as all the housing is on the shoreline you are constantly walking over them. Even in the tourist areas there are endless little bridges across culverts, even sometimes just a culvert emerging from under a building and opening onto the road. Lots and lots of water in the Rainy Season.
Enjoy.
Mikel.
