Many of the restaurants on Koh Chang are built over the water and most of those are smack dab in the middle of a fishing village. One delightful consequence of this is that while you are eating your fish in lemon and chilli sauce you are enjoying views like this one. This was shot from my favourite restaurant on Koh Chang, basically I leaned over the railing next to my table and fired away. Fantastic!

Fascinating. Can't get over that green. Really pops against that cloudy sky. Yet still enough light for shadows on the water.

I don't know the cuisine of that side of the world, here in Italy a quite nationalists against other ways to cook, even if Rome is full of Chinese, Japanese, Greek and Mexican Restaurants.
