Taken today - Dec 27 2009 - at Dights Falls (Yes, I went back.) in Melbourne. Actually more water this time than last time even though it's summer now. I love all the bulgy texture of the flow from right to left rather than the smooth flow from top to middle. Bloody sun kept coming out and shortening my exposures or blowing them out. Grrrrrr.

Enjoy.

Mikel.

One more beauty; love this as well! It would be even better if the water in the bottom left had a little bit more form. Btw, the one with the branch sticking out still tops for me :). You may have to keep revisiting this place so that we can get these gorgeous shots over and over again. Happy new year Mikel.

Mikel - The sun glisten on the water on the left indicates the challenges you had. Thanks for staying with it - this photo is beautiful. Thad

Glad you were inspired to return. I love the contrasts of flow and textures. Can imagine the sounds here as well.
