This is a hdr5 rework of THIS shot from of the coast of Koh Chang, Thailand. The two shots have very different emotive qualities, interesting to compare them.
Both are excellent in their own way. The original tends to convey a more thoughtful and less threatening mood image, while the additional detail and tonal range in the HDR version is more powerful, formidable and dramatic. Since they're the same image, the sea is "left" tilted a degree or so, Mikel :-)
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . Excellent shot, Mikel! I like the colors and sharp contrast in this image. I also like how the HDR adds a bit more menace and drama to the sky. Well done!
