Coming home from a congenial meal with friends in the country town of Braidwood I snapped some shots, but forgot to check my settings (I generally shoot full manual and with the same iso and f settings, but last time I was out apparently I forgot to set my settings back to that before turning off the camera.) and so they were set at 400 iso not my usual 80. Which gave me a fair bit of texture/noise challenges when I got home. This shot is the first, using Ufraw to process the Pentax raw files and then working them straight into Gimp from Ufraw. Worked without a hitch.
Enjoy.
Mikel.
