This one looks kind of plain from the thumbnail, but if you get to this point, I urge you to put it to full screen. These muted blues make a great desktop background and the scene itself has a lot of interest in it as well. Love the occasional lights and the low mist. Are those three double-stack chimneys that I see?

Cold and dark. A bit scary for me.

Did you use a filter of some sort? It looks a bit muted. But it helps to imagine that one of the buildings in the distance is a beer pub playing some great Irish music!
