Another shot captured last night (well 430pm) is when our sun set up here in Alaska right now - we get less & less sunlight everday. But yesterday was an amazing display of what a clear, crisp Alaska day can give you.
And speaking of silhouettes....here you go again. I'm glad you got at least two of the beauty of this evening sun. You're lucky to be able to get to a point where you can view them unimpeded.
"I never looked for it, gave it no name; yet I knew it always, when the gift of peace came. I stood quite still for the moment that it lasted...Then the light shifted slightly and the moment passed, leaving me...with the lasting echo of its presence.." Diana Gabaldon
~ Lovely shot! I always enjoy sunsets but really love ones with silhouettes of something in the foreground...so in your shot I love the reeds or whatever they are, lol. Thanks for sharing!
:)
What a great photo. I can't decide which is better. I like the wispy pieces of grasses and how they seem to be moving back and forth. Once again you have perfect composition. You got a couple of winner today. Good show Pam.
