Taken about 30 minutes ago (415pm) from my Living Room window. The whole sky was pink against all of our fresh Alaskan snow, was quite a sight to see. Chilly however, it is 20 below today!

I am so glad I've taken the time to go thru your gallery. I had not seen it before, I'm sorry to say. I got one of your photos in the VB and so I decided to take a further look, you have some very unique and interesting photos to share with us. Thank you ever so much. I love this pink sky...I do a lot of canvas paintings, and I would love to add this to my collection to paint one day if its ok with you..Verena

Alaska, yes! That's where all the greatest sunsets ans sunrises are, and the aurora borealis! Awesome capture!
