This little boat was ready to go on the calm beautiful Kenai River, just needed someone to row it. I took this about 3 hours ago. Comments are welcome & appreciated!

Why do the pictures come out square when the lens is round??

I do not know where to start with this - everything about it is great, the colour, the clarity and the composition. It is a most inviting image. I am glad you suggested rowing - the noise of the outboard motor would disturb the wonderful peace !
Browsing through your fine gallery I am struck by the similarity of some of the landscape in your country and mine. You capture yours most beautifully.:)

A beautiful scene very well captured. The clarity and colours are just amazeing. I'll just grab my fishing gear and cooler.
Very well done.

I like this one better Pam because the colors are much brighter and the sky looks better. Everything is so sharp. The water is more alive. As for a captain I will leave that to C or Raj. Nice post.

It is a most beautiful shot, my only advise not to put the objects like this boat next to the frame, but let some place, I mean in this case a little water. Really wonderful. Thank you.

And the Lord spake, saying, "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin. Then shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who, being naughty in my sight, shall snuff it."
