took this shot from the bluff looking across Cook Inlet at Mt. Spur. This is just 1 of many platforms that populate our inlet here. My nephew works on this one. Thought it made a cool shot.

I would be one of those people who would love to work on an oil rig ... I love being near water. Gorgeous scene ... I'm enjoying the contrast between the deep blue water & the snow covered mountains. Beautifully captured Pam.

Maybe you and Sherree could change places Pam. lol. This is as close as I want to get to an oil rig. I am guessing there is work involved. Like Sherree, I really like the contrast between the deep blue of the water and the white of the mountain. Great post.

The oil rigs in front make me really see how huge those mountains are. Love the colors and composition. Great work again!

What I wouldn't give to see those mountains. The oil rig gives perspective to the mountains. Very nice picture, Pam.
