The light levels were good today so I decided to give the watercolour paints their first airing of the year and hopefully, if the weather stays fine tomorrow, the dog and I will be clambering over this dune to the sea and taking some photos.

So glad to see your watercolors are back in the artistic section of Caedes! And what a nice reappearance indeed! The colors are well balanced, no harsh tones, and as always in your work - this great use of light!
Keep painting, I’ll join in a month. My mom is staying with me until the middle of May and I need to entertain her, so my hands are tight. :( Paint the sea shore for all the sea lovers tomorrow. :)

This IS lovely, Anne-Marie. I love the colours and the flowing lines. From what I understand, watercolour is a difficult medium but you are fluent in it. Makes me want to wander over the dune and see the sea.
