This is the HLM (Hairy Little Man) and in human terms, he celebrates his 84th birthday today. Viewed at full screen, no matter where you move, his eyes will follow you, pleading for his birthday supper.

12 human years huh. He's got lots left, little dogs get up there pretty good in age with good care. What a great dog and great photo you have here Anne-Marie. Little Man looks to be a friend of friends..........the very best kind. :) Now go get him his stewed chicken that he likes. I can tell he deserves it. :)

Life is not easy for any of us. But what of that? We must have perseverance and above all confidence in ourselves. We must believe that we are gifted for something and that this thing must be attained.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
