I've always believed you have a love for nature and in particular ... Trees. It shows in the majority of your postings. That's why when I saw this I thought to myself, " Who else could capture these two magnificient old trees, but my sweet old ... Uh! ... I mean mature ... Yeah!, that's it MATURE! ... Patandre ... and present them so well. Whew! ... came close to disaster there.
Great work Pat. Hours of friendship shared by these two. Weathered all the storms together and even hung out to watch the seasons change. Lovely work.

Your kind words and comments on my work is very much appreciated. Please don't feel like you have to thank me for commenting. Continue capturing the beauty that you have. Tracey
There's something 'magical' about your shots and I can't put my finger on it. They are both truly beautiful trees and no doubt they'll still be here long after we're gone. I like the perspective you used to take this one. Are those rust and green leaves or is another plant growing on the bark? What kind of trees are these?
Mystical view of these beautiful trees Pat. You've certainly captured them with clarity, wonderful depth and terrific colors. Thanks for posting this beauty for us.
Can't always give individual thanks but I am so appreciative of everyone's comments and input. I truly enjoy seeing all of your posts and am always happy to see you at My Gallery. Thanks, Anita
What a great way you have of seeing the beauty of things Pat.Oh, the stories these two trees could tell I'm sure. Hope they're together for a long long time.
This is just wonderful, Pat. You know the Native Americans call trees Standing People - and here's a good example. Perfectly done and well titled! - Patty
A true 'Tree-Hugger'...and a poet to match?.............A wonderful presentation of two 'owd pals'! lasting out a lifetime of natures worse and best!...........Lovely image
Pat, you have a true gift for noticing the beauty of nature, you see what others just walk by and don't even take a second look. Great photo and story.
