I live not more than 50 miles from where "On Golden Pond" was shot..and, my dear friend...it was not shot in a swamp. I can see why this inspired that thought, especially when I look at the clear water in the foreground..Lovely capture and a great turn in the road ....someday I hope you can see that pond and see how close you are here to the colors there.
Yeah...and if you look hard enough you can see Katharine Hepburn and Henry Fonda in the reflections. A grand shot indeed and you made me all weepy. *grin*
I would rather live my life as if there is a God and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't and die to find out there is.

Anything that excites me for any reason, I will photograph; not searching for unusual subject matter, but making the commonplace unusual.

Beautiful shot and reflections, Pat...if Russ had not said anything, I would not have known any cloning was done...what was it, a gator, hehe...anyhow, lovely work.
Due to the recent slow down of the site, my comments and thank you's have been few as it was very time-consuming...will catch up ASAP...meanwhile, a group thank you to all and keep up the great work everyone.
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.
