NOTICE: THIS IMAGE IS NOT TO BE POSTED ON ANY OTHER WEBSITE. Another Fort Davis Loop image taken during the "Golden Hour" of late afternoon out in the middle of nowhere.
I had the intention to ask where you've captured this image Momma, but you already gave the answer. Wonderful scene from the 'Middle of Nowhere'. Regards, Cornelius.
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
Golden, indeed! Beautiful shot, Pat. The colors in the landscape are gorgeous. I love how you've situated the mountains in the center, between the golden hills and that awesome sky.

Somehow, the mountains in the background look a lot like a sleeping giant lying there, but maybe that's just me. :o) Beautiful, kind of lonely looking country.

Looks very similar to our Scottish scenes too!
