This is well composed, and has a good perspective, and the water looks great. The only thing I would have done perhaps would be to clone out the birds, you really can't make them out that well, and I think in my humble opinion, is a bit distracting.

Why do the pictures come out square when the lens is round??
A great shot of this bridge, Pat. Nice perspective, and the bridge looks so good framed against that blue sky. I like the flock of birds overhead, as well. Nicely done!
