NOTICE: THIS IMAGE IS NOT TO BE POSTED ON ANY OTHER WEBSITE. Nothing fancy, just home to a farm family. I had just left the Lacassine Wildlife Refuge and had passed by this place many times, but that day, it looked especially picturesque. Canon 7D with Canon 24-105mm.

Makes me think of the movie "The Owd Momma That Lives Down The Lane." Or was it the "Little Girl?" Either way someone lives down there and it is beautiful. Looks like the redneck entrance to Tara. Great shot and the lane makes a great lead in.

You know I often think that spring in the south has more "changing colors" than autumn. I can see the new spring green hues so well in this. The skies are a beautiful compliment. Lovely lighting and details. Saved.

Just what I like to see, a working farm. Nicely composed. Wish we had your weather. Did you mean the 24-105mm lens? I hear that's a good one to have.

A very pleasant scene, filled with the warmth of spring. I like this composition, with the tree-lined lane leading the eye up to the farmhouse and that little splash of bright red color provided by the farm vehicles. I also like how you've placed the horizon to encompass the trees and show off that nice, fair-weather sky. Well done!

Just wanted to pop in for a second and tell you that I just saw this in the VB and gave it high marks. Beautiful shot. Now back to work.
