That reflection makes his legs look twice as long as they probably are and it looks like he has no feet. What a remarkable bird. Just when you think you can't be surprised by something new and different, along comes something new and different. Great shot, Pat. Those pink legs look fantastic with those green reflections in the water.
Thought at first sight that I was looking at a miracle, but saw then that the reflections have created a kind of an optical illusion. Seen very well Momma. Very good post! Regards, Cornelius.

I find the head and eye very impressive, Pat. It is an excellent picture.
Birds always remind me of dinasaurs (since the movie and book Jurassic Park). This bird is looking for a fish dinner, but 100 million years ago, he would have been 50 feet tall and looking a goat attached to a rope.
