My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
Now that's a barn! What a beautiful, bucolic scene here... I've just now taken a look at all your Amish pictures and I like them all. Also like your narratives, especially on the horses' harnesses.... Such a different way to live right here in the USA... In the early seventies I co-bought a large house and lots of acres out in western Massachusetts with a bunch of people... couldn't call us hippies, but we did have cows and chickens and we heated with wood stoves, etc. A simple life, yes, but an easy one, no. My hat is off to these people who choose that way of life! mary
Good scene here
