Well, we will start to wind things down now. The parade is over and it's time to unhitch the horses and load'em up. But even there, there are some interesting things to see and know. Here is a side view of one of the two trucks that transport the horses. There is a third truck that hauls the wagon and harness. We'll see how it all goes together in later posts.

With respect to its size: it's a barn on wheels indeed Momma. Must be rather difficult for a truck driving man/woman to ride such a 'barn' with these large horses

Not only do the wagon drivers have to know what their doing, but so does the semi driver, very nice. tigs=^..^=

A carriage for the horses. With a sigh of relief they climb in willingly. Interesting shot. This would have been something or you in the old days.

They even travel in style, they are magnificent looking. Really like the angle and such detail. I'm loving this series and hate to see it end soon. The drivers of the semi's sure have a big responsibly with that cargo. I'm sure you know that feeling being a retired driver
