Gorgeous image with wonderful colors and composition! I love how you can see the windmill against the sky!!
One question though... when did you take this? For I've been having nothing but cloudy skies for the last weeks....
But methinks if you had taken it in all of his glorie *the sea as background* it would have been looking better, not that this one is bad, not at all it's a good shot of the windmill but it's the only windmill who is standing so close to the sea.
But methinks that the best shots are the shots with just the subject and nothing more...
Anyway, I can still deliver that shot you would like to see..with the sea, and with ship and all.

I like the attention to the arms of the windmill against the sky. I think it's more interesting than the usual photo with the whole sea, etc (unless of course there's a storm).
Taken from this angle, it almost makes the windmill look like it is prepared to fly off somewhere. lol I love that this shot gets right to the point with no distraction.
sorry if i don't comment on each of your pictures. to those of you who comment so often, i can't imagine how you get it done! i for one am always extremely grateful for the kind comments and suggestions that you make.

Vaak worden foto's volgepropt met nietszeggende
bijkomstigheden, en die alleen maar de aandacht (Focus)
op, en van het onderwerp afleiden!
