St Paul's Cathedral is the Anglican cathedral on Ludgate Hill, in the City of London, and the seat of the Bishop of London.
And of course, the place where Paul made his illegal photograph...
Don't understand why it's forbidden to take captures there as it's build with the money of even poor people. I'm glad you've ignored this prohibition Paul, so being able to offer this excellent picture. 'Saved & Faved' of course. Thanks!
Regards, Cornelius.
Illegal photograph? In your personal cathedral? Did you hide the camera in your 007 chest cavity raincoat in order to get the shot? :D Yeah, there's a few places around here that won't allow photography, not sure why. Photos are usually a good way to promote awareness of a place and visitation to it. I would imagine that one could spend an entire day shooting beauties like your photo in a place like this. Thanks for sharing
The first rule is: Remove the lens cap!
The second rule is: Always take a litter bag in your car - if it gets full, you can just throw it out the window.
I thought you couldn't photograph here, Paul. I am surprised that you were allowed or in fact, were you? You captured it so beautifully though. I love all the fine detail and the lighting. I'll keep this because it's contraband! lol
