Rachel, a most interesting picture. One of the things I like about it, beyond simply the content, is the geometry on your lines. The right angle of the arm in contrast with the hooked curves of the hair, for example. I also like how the arm is used to create a high diagonal line in your picture. IMHO, a very well composed picture.
