I was playing with Photoshop and came up with this. I actually wanted to make the whole image in black/white except for the cab, so I cut out the cab. Instead I use some filters and gradient maps over the whole image. After that I filtered the cab, and the sky. The sky is from another picture and placed it with 'Overlay' I did some sun reflection on some roofs. Maybe this is an idea for your inspiration ;)

Nice technical job and a stunning outcome. New, different, mind-bending. The way you finished it, the emphasis is on the cab, which is fine. The bit of color on a couple of the roofs is a nice touch. I also would have liked a your general treatment without the cab and the figure in front and more interest in the sky...sort of a "Painted Sky for the Painted Ladies" ("Painted Ladies" being the nickname of that row of Victorians in San Francisco).

a very different and unique image. Love the sun reflections on the rooftops, also the human element which make this more alive. Glad u didn't cut out the lady and her baby. Clearly a lot of work went into this, well done!
