We were walking in a Rhode Island state park and had stoped at a small bridge. One son looked over the edge and said, "Dad, why don't you take a picture of the water." I held the camera over the edge and snapped, not thinking it would be all that interesting. But afterwards I decided it was one of my favorites of the trip.

What I really like about this is the difference in color between the leaves that are still on the tree in the reflection, and the ones that have already fallen to the ground around it. It says a lot about a natural transition in such a small view.
