For Father's day my family met my brother's family for a canoe trip down the Niobrara River in Nebraska. This shot captures the experience well. The region is known as the Sand Hills and what you see is very soft sandstone clifts. The river was up because of all the rain we've been getting, but even at this time, it is only 3 feet deep on average. It's a great, gentle canoe trip that lasts about 7 hours.

What a treat for Father's Day! Good view, and nicely composed.

Looks like a great spot for canoeing.

Shots of people having fun outdoors are always great. The "caves" in the cliff above are intriguing and might have merited a pic all to themselves. Going over the sky carefully with a blur tool might get rid of the noise up there.

Nice - No white water, just a pleasant canoe adventure.

Nice scene but the picture isn't sharp, of course it was taken from the moving canoe.
