Jeff, the plant contains hypericin and hyperforin chemicals. These have various uses in medicine. The plant has chemicals as well which are harmful to large animals when they consume this plant. A fine capture anyhow!
If you think you can't accept something, try to change it. But if this doesn't work, don't be frustrated, but give it later another try. The one who perseveres wins!
