"we are in mute, incontrovertible partnership with the photosynthetic organisms that feed us, the gas producers that provide oxygen, and the heterotrophic bacteria and fungi that remove and convert our waste. No political will or technological advance can dissolve that partnership"
Biologist Lynn Margulis

Your lush greens give me the feeling of my presence here at your pond. I think we all have such places we love to visit.

“I must go to Nature disarmed of perspective and stretch myself like a large transparent canvas upon her in the hope that, my submission being perfect, the imprint of a beautiful and useful truth would be taken.”
John Updike, The Centaur

Very apt quote by this wonderful capture with lush green, Paul.
The by you quoted 'partnership' is in danger however!
But humanity is hearing deaf. We destroy nature (such as the rain forests) for many reasons. It will not interest those who make 'gold' from it. We will have to pay a very high price for this.

If you think you can't accept something, try to change it. But if this doesn't work, don't be frustrated, but give it later another try. The one who perseveres wins! Please CLICK HERE to see my journal! Feel free to save my images or to add them to your favorites.
