Cascade Gardens in Banff. These burled wooden benches were magnificent. They were incredibly orange, too.

Incredibly unusual for sure, Quiet. That front pole looks like it has onions growing around it. Perfect clarity in this most interesting image.

What an amazing creation...BURL? I never knew about that...and this is a bench...my gosh it's fantastic. LOVE the colour of that wood. What kind of trees were those? I would love to see more of these if you can take more shots...Verena
