I was concentrating on the balloon when the plane flew past. I was a second too late to get them in line. P.S. They associate Hamburg with "dirty weather" but we have days like this too.

I think the composition is better as shown. A right time, right moment shot. Good one.

I like the alignment you shot. I think it serves the purpose better than having gotten them "in line". A lovely comparison of different modes of flight colliding in the same space!

We don’t make art to show someone what something looks like. All this requires is eyes (or a lens). Art is supposed to have meaning, emotion, power, or magic. Alan & Mario "FourThirds"

Excellento Raj and I love the title. It says all that needs to be said. I too like this alignment. Age slows us down for a reason. lol. Have a good one.

Pretty good balance. A fraction of a second either way would have been a little off, Good instincts, Raj.

What a serendipitous shot! I too like the alignment the way you shot it.

I especially like the juxtaposition of technology in one frame. You've got the good old balloon and the newfangled flyer. Nice!

Wow, that's neat. Green balloon and purple airplane all in one shot. Couldn't have planned it much better. You stopped that plane right in flight too. Great photography, Raj.
