They look like Sunparrots Raj. I don't know if there is such a bird but it suits them. It looks like one is saying to the other after it was out all night: "What's the matter, cat got your tongue?"
Such a colorful shot and I suspect the language is just a colorful. Better get them a copy of Fowl Play.

Raj, first I do enjoy this great photo! These are the Aratinga solstitialis, better known as the Sun Conures like Ed said! In Holland we call them the Zonparkieten. They normally live in South America like Brasil ect! I do love these well coloured birds! Thanks for this photo.. Mich
