It is, as far as I know, a myna. But there are so many kinds of mynas and I don't know the exact name for this one above.

Very lovely photo of the bird,it is very cute,Raj.This kind of bird has the ability to speak,i already saw this kind of bird before.When i was younger,i had a finger bitten by this kind of bird.
