This is by all means a lovely image and great place. We happen to have somewhat similar waterfront boulevard [minus swans - as yet] and whenever we walk with Boris, I feel like walking 2 cm away from the nearest wall, fearing any sudden pull on the leash and ... some tragedy following - water watched from height [even 50 cm:)] makes me paralysed with fear. And even in places where some railings with chains are located I do not trust their strength! :)!

That's a beautiful shot! No wind blowing as the flags are hanging down, and there is a gathering of ducks and swans to pose as subjects for your take! Clear, colorful and great composition!
