I agree this is a little spooky, Raj. I think your idea for the contest is quite valid, as so did those who voted for it. I've been digging through my files, however, that type of photo doesn't have it's own subcategory. I know I have something to contribute...just need to find it.

Raj, to me you can delete 'a bit' from your title as I'm afraid of the dark, LOL!!!!

This is a very moody capture witch meets the contest topic very properly.

I agree about the very few posted entries. I've searched in my files and couldn't find a suitable one while my present physical condition won't me allow to go out for a photo shoot with all the desired equipment (like a tripod, etc.).
Hope however that in the coming days there will be much more entries. Wish you anyhow Good Luck with it.

Yes, Raj, I think You did suggest a difficult theme, but in the next few days, I believe we'll see some entries posted. As for Your spooky street - it is indeed a dark and mysterious area. One suggestion I would have would be to crop the left side to eliminate those two dark objects on the pink, leaving just a hint of that pink wall in the finished photo.

If I go out and try to get a shot of a dark street, I will most absurdly get mugged. Gone will be my camera...and maybe me too. My only option would be to get a shot of a well lit street, and edit it. I might try that...and maybe not. You have a dandy here, though, Raj.

I did not find anything in my files suitable Raj but honestly I rarely shoot at night so not surprising - this however is very suitable and I'm sure more will come in at the last minute they always do!

Raj dear, I do know that you hoped for me to participate in that contest most obviously related with secret missions conducted by the undersigned. I promise to do some shooting at night, hoping that I will manage on time:)
As to your spooky, the undersigned are not too easily impressed by minor spookiness and would peacefully walk forward as if nothing...LOL
Otherwise apart from that I agree with Susan as to her suggestion of cropping the edge, this image is a little mysterious and promises some fun too, particularly for a secret agent or two of them :)

I love your image Raj - it's an excellent image - more than meets the criteria for the contest. I do,however, agree with Susanlynn in that the left side should be cropped - Great work on this one and wishing you Good Luck in the contest!!!:-):-):-)!!!

Oh my it does look a little scary, it's a wonderful entry to the contest and is a winner in my books.
