This wood pigeon is all fluffed up against the cold. The common wood pigeon may be identified at once by its larger size at 38-44.5 cm (15-17.5 in) and 300-615 g (10.6-21.7 oz), and the white on its neck and wing.

Perfect capture. When one senses the softness of the feathers and the feeling this pigeon is near, then you know you have succeeded. The details are simply incredible, composition excels.
Judging from the angry look on its face I ca only surmise that it had just received the bill for the meal. Looks like you won't be getting a tip from this table, Raj. A great close up on the dove. Nice details and DoF in the photo.
Raj, it knows instinctively that using an 'air cushion' is a good measure to protect it (to a certain extent) from the cold.
Good one, my friend.
