My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
A very difficult shot because of the bright light in the background. The foreground is spectacular but portions of the background appear to be overexposed.
Dorothy Michaels: No, just Dorothy. Alan's always Alan, Tom's always Tom and John's always John. I have a name too. It's Dorothy, capital D-O-R-O-T-H-Y.
Referring to Sandi's comment above, I have to confirm that she's right. In spite of these difficult lighting conditions you've provided us with a wonderful image of the play with light and shadows. Very well done, Raj!

At first, I thought this was a manip or painting. The lighting really brings out the texture of the trees and gives them an almost chocolate look. Sometimes harsh lighting conditions bring out the best shots as noted here.
Looks very peaceful in there!
