Raj, I may be wrong, but I think it is a shrub with wild roses (like the Rosa rugosa), one of which rose hips grow later on.
Wonderful image!

PS: Raj have noticed me that the leaves have a different shape. I've seen this as well, so there are still some doubts of properly identifying these flowers.

They do look a type of Rose Raj...the branches look 'thorny'!

I tend to agree about it being some sort of rose bush. It's very nice looking and a great capture, Raj.

Looks something like out wild Rose bushes. It is really filling out that bush. Very lovely.
