Raj, I may be wrong, but I think it is a shrub with wild roses (like the Rosa rugosa), one of which rose hips grow later on. Wonderful image!
PS: Raj have noticed me that the leaves have a different shape. I've seen this as well, so there are still some doubts of properly identifying these flowers.
