We had a long stretch of snowy days not too long ago... What some referred to as the "2009 Christmas Blizzard" and though we didnt get as much snow north of the cities as they did south of them, we did get a decent amount... I took a good bit of pictures "in between" and this is amongst my favorites... More later. I would love feedback, and constructive criticism is more than welcome.... Amaresumbra

Interesting contrast between the vertical pines in the background with the angles of the branches in the foreground. But geometric themes I find work better with stronger contrast - to add punch to the picture. You have a good starting point for some fun with imaging programmes.

Hey stranger... nice shot! Took a few of these myself.. might have to post one now. Nice compo of the fallen tree's boughs against the upright trees in the background. Now go get some Clorox and make those whites WHITE! :P
