Aren't you the lucky one? It may be a little over blown where the camera meets the sun, but I love the glow in the water's edge. Nice natural frame too.
Sunrise or sunset? I think that's pretty important, don't you? It's good the way you got the sun rigt between the trees. It sort of creates a vortex that draws the viewer "into the light". You should know, though that lens flares are considered a flaw in photography. I know, I know - how the hell can you take the photo into the sun without a lens flare? The answer is to use a polarizing filter. It costs about $30-$50 and screws on the end of your lense, and darkens the image by a certain number of f-stops. It also deepens the colors in the resulting image giving your photos a surprising and unidentifiable richness. Great image, though, and thanks for sharing it.
