Well, this is my first submission. I figure I'd share it. I've been looking at all the amazing artwork in the Illustrations section of the site for about a week, and I can hardly believe that some of those effects can be produced in Photoshop by hand. I like this image, it's nothing too flashy or detailed, but I think it's got a nice look to it. This is also my first try at a desktop with the pen tool. :) Enjoy (I'm nervous :P)

Well first of all, don't be nervous...we're a pretty nice bunch here...so, welcome to caedes and hope you have alot of fun here...thanks also for deciding to share your artwork...I think you've done a fine job with this and it makes for a good desktop...I like how you kept the figure silhouetted thus representing just about anyone who might be gazing off into that wonderful sunset sky...dreamy and thoughtful in mood...nice work and looking forward to more from you.:Pat.

Wonderful - it scares me this was your first. It makes me think of stories in which one (or few) are left behind at the end. 'Childhood's End', maybe...?

It is both beautiful and powerful. Challenging and oddly peaceful.
