My dog inspired this one. He's such a stinker. I love him to death, such a cuddly little thing. He's a cocker spaniel, this dog... he's some kind of hound. His name is Speedo Fred because he's got the quickest tongue in the western region (Of what I don't know :P) Anyway, it needs a background, but I was a little stuck as to what it should be, so I just left it blank for the time being. It looks good on the desktop I think. Anyway, thanks a lot for checking it out. -John (Any suggestions on backgrounds would be great.)

I see you're not the only one stuck on suggestions for backgrounds :) The white is too stark, IMHO, but I'm at a loss also. Perhaps some plain complimentary color? Green grass? A fireplug? lol..umm...a dog's bed? Food dish? Whatever it is he likes to lick with that fast tongue? That's about it from me in the idea department. Good luck !!!!

What a cool illustration...I'd leave the background just the way it is...It allows the subject to stand out, which it does effectively...Nice work!

Life's moments are sweet. I just want to capture all that I can of them.

Great image. He looks like a hound dog to me. If he is anything like my beagle, you could draw a couple of unnoticed deer in the background. If you have a chance check out my eagle pic. I face the 'no-background' dilema also. Cheers.
