Which begs the question..where does that rope attach? The Master of Macro strikes again. Well, since I can't make head nor tails of what I'm looking at due to my very limited knowledge of knots and all things related to travel on the water, I will leave the comment that I am intrigued by the colors that have been blurred in the background which in and of themselves contribute a lot to the interest in this photo. Thanks, Mr. Nevin...you've done it again :)PJ
I'm with Pat. Since I don't know much about what I'm looking at I can only state that it's a crystal clear and clean photo that does tend to work the brain a bit. Nice post Rob. Thanks for sharing it. TYU ;)
All the wonders you seek are within yourself. Always glad to see visitors at My Gallery and thanks for your continued kind words and constant support. Anita
I like the fact that the frame is very full with that iron piece (banging head from side to side on shoulder pads to I don't hurt myself):)) Another crystal clear image that's very interesting, Rob.
This series is taken from the rigging of a tall ship, a 3 masted schooner. We saw this recently and had the joy of sailing on it a couple years back. Fast becoming a rare event as they fall to age and ruin and find their way to Davey Jones locker. ;)
