I was driving in northern Spain (near Gerona, about 1 hour south of Spain-France border) this past summer. I couldn't help getting off the car and shooting this picture.

what a beautiful sight! - I'm glad you stopped and captured it! One suggestion - maybe clone out the signpost ...but having said that this is going to make an excellent desktop.

This image does give me a sunny feeling for sure :-) just lovely !
Since your image was much bigger than my 1680 x 1050 res, i was able to make cut/crop that did away with the background, all i see now is sunflowers ! Wonderful posting Rokh !

I tried a bit of Photoshop fiddling as well. I removed the sign as well as the trees on the far left and the field behind. The result is a sunflower field in front of a tree line of cedars all across the photo. I'd be happy to send it to you if you'd like to see it. By the way, beautiful detail on these sunflowers. I tried some last year and they didn't turn out this good.
