I think it's a trillium but I must admit my botanical knowledge is next to zilch! I took this about 3-4 years ago at a provincial park in Ontario, Canada. Hope yoy like it!

i stumbled upon this picture while doing some image voting. i gave you a 7 (rather than a 10) only because the flower (your focus, right?) is too blown out. do some burning maybe and give that pretty little white flower some detail and texture.

I have not come across this plant before, but you have caught this one beautifully Bram. Well done! Simply love the contrasting colours and the shapes of the leaves.

A little over exposed on the flower, but not too much. I like how the picture goes from dark to light, and the detail in the bright green leaves is excellent. I know zilch about plants also, so it could be from the Orient and I wouldn't know the difference.

Nope not a trillium - tri as in trinity stands for three, therefore three petals. This is a bunchberry, grows all over Ontario. Cheerful post!
