I found the pencil, it's behind the chair closes to you near the edge of one of the circles in the rug. OK where's the ghost, lol. There's a small speck of light in the upper right hand corner in the corner, is this the ghost?

I found the pen on the floor where Pat said it was, and I think I can see the ghost too. He/she is seen as a darkness to the right of the open door on the right of the picture with a foot/shoe behind the first chair on the right too. Lovely colours in this Bram. Well done!
