I cropped this so that the dark shaded part in the forground would not dominate the image. Please tell me what you think. All comments and suggestions are wellcome.

Hi Susanne, this is a fabulous shot and lovely view. I think you were right by cropping the bottom with the border, the only thing I would say is that I think it would have looked even better if you had put a title in the border with some fancy text. I have just started to use borders myself, and putting a title in the border really gives it that finishing touch. It's so easy to learn in PS too! Still a great shot though.

This is such a beautiful view of the mountains and the river. It looks very much like the Pioneer Valley in Western Massachusetts. Your framing is so complimentary to the the panoramic style image.
