This is one from July 07. Taken in the town Nora where some train enthusiasts has taken over the old train station and some of the railways. They are doing a wonderful job restoring old trains. You can now go for a ride with one of these trains and have a great meal too. Hope you enjoy :-)

I like the great detail you were able to capture here. The colors are good too. I would love to ride it and sample the food. There is a train ride in Alaska to Canada I would love to take one day. The photo ops are tremendous.

Great photo Susanne and I can't help but think of the "Little Engine That Could," when I look at the one in middle. I'm glad you showed where they reside. Now we need to seem them at play.
Good post.

Wonderful Susanne. Not far from where I live (in Goes, Zeeland, The Netherlands) the same occurs. Please see this link (only in Dutch). Think it's clear to you now, why your image is that interesting for me. Great work.

First thing that came to my mind when I saw your image what "Thomas the Tank Engine". I guess it's pretty obvious where that comes from.

I miss trains and I wish we had more of them here where I live. They are still used out the the western part of the US, but it's too hilly here for it to be economical.

Great shot and thanks for the jump start to the brain cells!!
