O Susanne, I like this one alot. Love the fuzzies your lens picked up here and very nicely composed. It's lovely in color and really a nice image. Hope you have a good day my friend. You and that new cannon and lens's are doing a great job lady. Very good details in this one.

That thing could use a shave. But it sure is a nice picture of the flower. I have never seen one of these before.

It does look a little like Granny's old nightcap. Super sharp and well composed.

Why do the pictures come out square when the lens is round??

Hehehe, that is a fun narative :-) i wonder what is behind that story, since this nightcap can not contain much alcohol, seeing the flower/glass is upside down :-)
Very nice, thanks for the posting and enjoy your weekend !

Awesome Susanne. I love the name Grandmother's Nightcap. The position of the flower is great. It also reminds me of a shepherds hook. Great post.

I always like seeing rare wild flowers, especially when I haven't seen them before. I'm struck by the 'beard' on this one - I've no idea what it is, but you captured some fabulous detail here.
