I think the moon is celebrating Halloween with us too :-). This strange color of the moon appears sometimes this time of year.

This is gorgeous, Susanne. I have never seen the moon look so bright. The sky is absolutely gorgeous, too. I love the slight pink and light blue colors in the clouds. Super work.

I like a waxing moon as you can see it while the sun is still up which lessens the contrast between a full moon and a dark sky. You have captured this one admirably with just enough dark trees to give a slight halloween edge to the picture, I mean what could lurk in there? Good picture.
