One from the bin. Taken at the old copper mine ´Finngruvan`. The mines are filled with water. The pits you see here are about 60 meters deep.

All comments are most wellcome. I thank you in advance for taking the time. Always greatly appreciated!

That water is gorgeous. The only time I have seen water like that, wast the big pond by the Maroon Bell mountains in Colorado. Very nice shot, Susanne. Gorgeous textures in the rocks, too.

We had several of these strip pit mines where I was raised HF. The water is so clear and deep. It doesn't look deep because of the clarity until you dive in. It is always cold as well. I like the entire scene. Very nice capture.

It's been a while since I got chance to look at your gallery Susanne, for which my apologies. I was in Wales last weekend and wanted to get to the slate quarries, where the water is a similar colour to this. That deep blue is mesmerising. In terms of improvements I think there could be a stronger focus point and more depth of field. But it's the blue that matters here and you caught that beautifully.
